How Safe Are Luxuryair Products?

The HYscent product line is designed with safety and environmental considerations in mind. HYscent fragrances are IFRA/RIFM compliant and do not contain any TLV restricted chemicals, posing no health or safety risk to consumers, guests, or workers. Unlike aerosols, which can contain high concentrations of alcohol and other chemicals, HYscent formulations are free from alcohol and use ultra-low concentrations of fragrance compounds in the air, ensuring safety and compliance with TLV and BEI restrictions. The HYscent diffusion system creates a scent effect with less than 20 parts per million of actual compounds in the air, compared to aerosols that can generate short-term concentrations as high as 10,000 parts per million. The below document on HYscent Product Safety highlights the importance of using scenting services that certify compliance with safety limits and the role of IFRA and RIFM in ensuring the safe use of fragrance materials. Our products have undergone rigorous testing in the fragrance industry, ensuring they are safe for COPD sufferers, pets, and children. Unlike normal air fresheners that use gas propellants which can cause allergies, our products do not contain these harmful substances.

What Sets HYscent Apart?

HYscent are the manufacturers of our awesome fragrance range in the USA, who we import from, bringing it to the UK market. They provide the highest quality eco-friendly fragrances made from a blend of natural scents and essential oils. HYscent's innovative air care fragrance systems are trusted by businesses around the world to provide top-quality fragrances combined with their unique Odoraxe™ malodor counteractant. HYscent's fragrance families are made in America and are eco-friendly, using the purest essential oils.

Just like in music, fragrances are composed of notes or a complex medley of notes called an accord. Fragrances include top, middle, and base notes creating balanced and refined compositions. The ratio of those notes influences the character as well as the performance of the fragrance. Top notes (head notes) are the first impression of a scent, including citrus, green, aromatic, and aldehydic notes that convey freshness.  Middle notes (heart notes) constitute the main character of the fragrance, including floral, fruity, and spicy notes. Base notes (dry-down) help the fragrance last longer, including woody, ambery, musky, and sweet notes that provide depth, warmth, and elegance. The structure of a fragrance is called the olfactive pyramid and is composed of these three types of notes.

Simplifying Your LXS Adscent Experience*

*Luxuryair recommends using the LXS Adscent via USB as it is the simplest and least complex method, avoiding the need for complicated software. Here’s how to use the device with a USB flash drive:

  1. Prepare the USB Flash Drive: Copy the pictures and videos you want to play to a specific folder on the USB flash drive. For automatic copying and playing, place the files in the `ContentDir` folder in the root directory of the USB flash drive. For automatic playing without copying, place the files in the `AutoPlayDir` folder.

  2. Insert the USB Flash Drive: Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the device. A dialog box will pop up.

  3. Automatic Copy and Play: If you chose the `ContentDir` folder, select "Auto Copy Folder ContentDir" from the dialog box. The device will automatically copy all the pictures and videos in this directory to its internal storage and then play them.

  4. Automatic Play Without Copying: If you chose the `AutoPlayDir` folder, the device will automatically start playing the pictures and videos from the USB flash drive after 20 seconds. It will pause the currently playing content and switch to the USB flash drive content. Removing the USB flash drive will resume the original playback content.

This approach is the simplest and most user-friendly, as it eliminates the need for using any complicated software installation or setup. By using a USB flash drive, you can easily and quickly manage your content without the hassle of dealing with intricate software configurations. This method ensures a smooth and straightforward experience, making it accessible to users of all technical levels.

Content

Luxuryair recommends the USB method for content uploading, editing, and distribution. If you find the simplicity of using the LXS Adscent via USB not fully meeting your needs and are seeking more advanced features, and want to understand the process, see our comprehensive LXS Adscent content guide below.

Content is a combination of media that can be published to a device and played on it. LXS Adscent supports various content types, including images, videos, static web packages, website addresses, streaming addresses, and HTML code. Content can be superimposed on widgets such as time, date, weather, QR code, and other images. You can define the template for playing content, the playback duration, and the daily playback mode. The content management interface consists of an upper and lower functional area, content catalog filtering, content tag filtering, content search and condition filtering, content list area, content download approval button, content preview area, content editing area, and distribution button. To add content, click the "+" button in the content management interface to open the content addition dialog.

You can upload files as content, support image, video, and HTML web packages, and directly input website addresses, streaming media addresses, and HTML code. When adding content, specify the screen resolution for preview, such as 16x9 or 9x16, and select the template and area used for the content. Partition templates define where the content plays on the screen.

Each template contains one or more regions, named A, B, and C, with the A region as the primary region. The main area is a main carousel sequence for playing multiple content on the screen. The system includes commonly used partition templates, and users can also customize them. Content editing involves defining the playback duration, partition template, and area used for content playback. You can set the validity period of the content, daily play plan, and associated playback.

Other settings include idle, interval, fixed-time, and event-based playback modes. Play plans support four playback modes: idle, interval, fixed-time, and event-based playback. You can specify the playback date and automatically delete the content after the playback date. Content can be set to play only on specific days of the week.

The widget editor supports various widget types, including text, image, time, date, weather, buttons, QR code, scrolling captions, and HTML code. Widgets support WYSIWYG editing, layered overlays, and animations. You can set click events for widgets, such as opening additional content, apps, or skipping to the next content. After uploading and editing content, you can submit the distribution request to each device. You can select single, multiple, or group devices for content distribution. The system supports scheduled downloads and content review before delivery to the device.
